Job Purpose and Impact
The Office Services Customer Service Associate will perform administrative tasks for customer service activities. In this role, you will help execute well-established customer service activities for a single site team.
Key Accountabilities
• Support systems and relationships that meet customer, guest, and employee needs, including but not limited to security, access control, and communication tools.
• Provide straightforward administrative support in executing customer service strategies.
• Contribute to validating, communicating, and coordinating elevated customer service strategies with guests and employees.
• Perform basic administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.

- The expected salary for this position is $37,000 - $55,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
