Job Purpose and Impact
- The Manager II, Secure Business Enablement job owns and guides the execution of the functional strategy of ensuring the safety and integrity of digital technology solutions within the organization. This position will serve as the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) for DT&D functions, providing strategic security leadership and oversight for key enterprise initiatives. In addition, lead a team of four BISOs responsible for managing the security operations and risk posture across high-priority regions and functions—specifically Russia, China, Corporate (HR, Finance, Legal), and Operational Technologies. This role ensures alignment with global security standards while enabling secure business growth and innovation.
Key Accountabilities
- ENTERPRISES & DIGITAL PARTNERS ENGAGEMENT: Owns and guides partnerships with enterprises and digital partners to assure solutions are safe.
- DIGITAL TRUST: Builds and maintains digital trust with our customers and other stakeholders by owning reliability assurance, directing to develop and implement proactive security measures, and leading to provide user education.
- TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS: Owns and directs the rapid development and testing of technology solutions on digital pods, guides to ensure appropriate implementation, communication and enforcement of policies and standards, leads to identifying systemic compliance gaps and root cause resolution, and recommends improvement options, including cost benefit analysis.
- USER EXPERIENCE IMPROVEMENT: Provides technical direction for continuous improvement of user experience and process excellence in cybersecurity.
- PERFORMANCE METRICS: Guides and reviews the preparation and communication of metrics related to business and functional performance against objectives and develops gap resolution plans.
- ASSET & CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Guides the team to cooperate with owners in asset and configuration management to maintain system integrity and security.
- COLLABORATION: Leads and nurtures collaboration with cybersecurity peers, external experts, industry consortia, and other internal and external teams to ensure all solutions are safe and business objectives are delivered.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organization’s goals, by allocating resources, ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 8 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 12 years or more of relevant experience.
Compensation Data
The expected salary for this position is $190,000 - $280,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
