Shift Available: 1st shift temporary summer position
Compensation: $23.10/hr

Principal Accountabilities

  • Must be capable of documenting all assigned and unassigned work
  • Must be able to complete all Cargill’s qualified training courses as required
  • Must be able to take direction and work under the guidance of a mentor
  • Must be willing to perform routine tasks under the direction of the mentor
  • Must be able to follow direction from supervisors and managers and when applicable be able to make and explain independent decisions
  • Recommend measures to improve efficiency and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Follow all company policies and plant policies
  • Work on equipment properly LOTO, verified deenergized, and verified purged of all potential dangers
  • Basic steam, air, and refrigeration logs after appropriate training
  • Minor troubleshooting on de-energized equipment
  • Any other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in production or plant environment (example: assembly line or manufacturing work)
