Job Purpose and Impact

The Systems and Project Coordinator will handle project management, coordination and continuous improvement across food, safety, quality and regulatory functions within the assigned region. In this role, you will provide specialized knowledge within food, safety, quality and regulatory including quality systems and process standardization, analytical instrumentation for in process quality control testing of ingredients and product, data analytics and database management systems.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and deploy best practice standardized food safety quality and regulatory procedures across location, promote continuous improvement through consultation with teams.
  • Participate in project design, monitor project progress, provide solutions to variances, handle project documents, develop communication and training plans and deliver communication and training across the nation.
  • Lead and deploy near infrared spectroscopy best management process coming from the region, collaborate with regional team to establish new project plan, assess sampling, define standard analysis and programs for the related parameter.
  • Maintain and update food safety quality and regulatory generated analytical data in relevant database systems.
  • Interpret and evaluate data in testing and sampling to recommend continuous improvement across food, safety, quality and regulatory locations.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate knowledge in implementing food safety quality and regulatory management systems.
  • Strong data analytical skill with Excel Pivot, etc.
  • Experienced in anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost and productivity.
  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge and direct experience database systems like SAP, Archer, and Enablon
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Confirmed competency on project management
  • Ability to work in a project‑based manner
