Cargill is looking to hire a Production Manager - a strong leader capable of managing production operations, ensuring process stability, developing the team, and driving modern Lean operational practices.
Основні обов'язки/ Key Accountabilities
• Забезпечувати стабільну щоденну роботу виробництва та дотримання правил безпеки.
• Слідкувати за обсягами та якістю продукції.
• Працювати з командою планування, щоб виробничі графіки виконувалися вчасно.
• Керувати ресурсами й обладнанням, підтримувати ефективність процесів.
• Допомагати впроваджувати TPM та щоденний догляд за обладнанням (AM).
• Розвивати Lean практики - 5S, Kaizen, усунення втрат.
• Брати участь у наймі та адаптації співробітників.
• Забезпечення дотримання стандартів Feed Safety, HACCP, GMP+ та участь у внутрішніх і зовнішніх аудитах.
• Долучатися до модернізаційних і технічних проєктів.
• Співпрацювати з технічними службами для підтримки обладнання та інфраструктури.
• Ensure stable, continuous plant operations and execution of production plans.
• Manage production resources, line capacity, and daily operational discipline.
• Develop TPM and coordinate maintenance planning, preventive actions, and failure reduction.
• Implement and strengthen AM standards: daily care, inspections, and operator training.
• Lead Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, SMED, waste reduction) and foster a continuous improvement culture.
• Lead and develop the team (supervisors, technologists, operators): hiring, onboarding, performance, coaching.
• Ensure top health & safety standards and full compliance with quality systems (Feed Safety, HACCP, GMP+).
• Analyze production data, drive KPI reviews, improve OEE, and optimize costs.
• Contribute to modernization and investment projects, working closely with technical and supply chain teams.

Кваліфікація / Qualifications
• Вища технічна освіта.
• Щонайменше 3 роки досвіду у виробництві на керівних або старших технічних позиціях (Начальник виробництва, Керівник зміни, Старший майстер тощо).
• Досвід роботи у FMCG, харчовій, кормовій або аналогічній промисловості.
• Обов’язкове володіння українською мовою, знання англійської на рівні не нижче Intermediate, володіння польською мовою буде перевагою.
• Практичний досвід із Lean, TPM, AM та участь у CI‑проєктах.
• Розвинені лідерські, комунікаційні та аналітичні навички.
• Здатність працювати у швидкому та динамічному виробничому середовищі.
• Higher technical education.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role: Production Manager, Shift Manager, Senior Supervisor, or comparable positions.
• Experience in production (FMCG, food/feed industry, or related sectors).
• Ukrainian language is a must.
• English language minimum on Intermediate level; Polish would be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with TPM, Lean, AM, or CI projects is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a particular focus on managing and motivating a team.
• Analytical skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
