Raw Material Planner

This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Raw Materials Planner will be responsible for planning and ensuring the availability of packaging, spices, and raw materials required for production. In this role, you will analyze material flows for production and storage processes, as well as ensure that established inventory levels are maintained.
We offer the opportunity to work remotely two days a week after the onboarding period.
This position applies to our facility in Słupca, a representative of Cargill Protein Business (poultry) in Poland.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in setting raw material requirements planning targets.
- Create and deliver a material requirements plan based on the published master supply plan.
- Share necessary information with the master planner for the assigned product or location.
- Manage data relevant to raw material requirements planning activities, including procurement and replenishment, suppliers, planning calendar, and material location data.
- Other duties assign by the Manager.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience in supply chain planning.
- Excellent command of Polish language and understanding of the local market.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Business acumen and the ability to prioritize.
- Good English, both verbal and written – training, contacts with international suppliers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including working knowledge of Power Query and macros.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain planning
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Highly developed analytical and mathematical skills.
