Job Purpose and Impact

• We are looking for a highly technical CNC Administrator to architect, maintain, and optimize complex JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments. This role is responsible for system architecture, performance engineering, middleware configuration, security governance, and automation of JDE technical operations. You will support multi-tier JDE deployments, clustered services, web/middleware tuning, database performance, and integrations with third-party systems.

Key Accountabilities

Environment Architecture & Administration:

• Design, implement, and manage multi-server, multi-path code JDE E1 architectures across development, test, and production environments.
• Administer Enterprise, HTML, AIS, BSSV, Orchestrator, and Database servers.
• Configure WebLogic/WebSphere domains, JVM tuning, managed servers, clustering, and high-availability setups.
• Manage load balancers, reverse proxies, SSL certificates, and secure communication channels.

Package Management, Deployments & OMW:

• Lead full/partial package builds, ASU/ESU application, and Tools Release upgrades.
• Troubleshoot build failures (spec failures, missing dependencies, kernel issues).
• Maintain OMW change control, lifecycle promotions, and object migrations.

USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT:

• Optimize JDE kernels (CallObject, Security, Metadata, RTE, UBEs).
• Analyze and tune JDE logs, jdedebug, JAS logs, server manager metrics, and JVM heap settings.
• Perform UBE runtime optimization, thread tuning, and queue configuration.

Security & Compliance

• Administer role-based security, row/column security, and user provisioning.
• Maintain compliance with SOX, audit logging, and segregation-of-duties requirements.
• Harden JDE servers with OS, middleware, and DB security best practices.

Database & Integration Support

• Collaborate with DBAs on SQL tuning, index optimization, query plans, and data integrity issues.
• Support integrations involving Orchestrator, BSSV, RTE events, EDI, API gateways, and third-party.
• Architect and maintain DR strategies including replication, failover, and environment sync.
  
  

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in:

  • JDE Tools & ESU lifecycle
  • • WebLogic/WebSphere middleware
    • Linux/Windows server administration
    • Oracle Database or SQL Server and OMW, package builds, server manager, UBE tuning
    • Experience with HA architecture, distributed systems, and application clustering.
    • Strong understanding of networking, DNS, VPN tunnels, firewalls, and SSL/TLS.
    • A9 to E1 Direct Data Migrations

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle certifications: CNC, JDE EnterpriseOne Tools, Orchestrator.
  • Experience hosting JDE in OCI, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience with containerization or automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform).
  • Knowledge of LoadRunner, Dynatrace, Splunk, or other performance monitoring tools.

• Minimum requirement of 5–10+ years of CNC administration experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (9.1/9.2+).
