Представник служби підтримки клієнтів взаємодіятиме з клієнтами та членами внутрішньої команди, щоб забезпечити бездоганне обслуговування клієнтів від укладення договору до остаточної оплати за поставку продукції. На цій посаді ви будете координувати діяльність з клієнтськими обліковими записами з компанією, висвітлювати бізнес-можливості для клієнта для підвищення його прибутковості та відповідати за ключові контрольні заходи щодо відповідності, пов'язані з договором з клієнтом та оплатою. Посада передбачає роботу з усією документацією наших клієнтів, що вимагає уваги до деталей та збереження повної конфіденційності. 

Посада передбачає роботу на заводі 5 днів на тиждень. 

The Customer Service Representative will engage with customers and internal team members to ensure we providing outstanding customer service from contract entry through final payment for product deliveries. In this role, you will coordinate customer account activities with the company, highlight business opportunities for the customer to increase their profitability and be responsible for key compliance controls related to the customer contract and payment. The position involves working with all our clients' documentation, requiring attention to detail and maintaining complete confidentiality. 

The position involves work at the plant 5 days per week.

• Робота з великими обсягами документів. 
  Управління портфелем клієнтів від прийому замовлень до доставки товару до клієнта, відповідно до внутрішніх процедур та очікування клієнтів.
• Відповідальність за документообіг відділу, вирішення питань, пов'язаних з договорами з клієнтами, та вжиття заходів щодо уникнення проблемних ситуацій у майбутньому.
• Надання клієнтам Cargill підтримки щодо умов та процесів співпраці.
• Комунікація з клієнтами щодо змін процесів та ініціатив, які можуть покращити співпрацю.
• Робота зі скаргами клієнтів, своєчасне вирішення проблем з оплатою, вжиття заходів для уникнення проблемних ситуацій в майбутньому.
• Ефективна співпраця з комерційною командою.
• Робота з документацією та 1С.
• Контроль відповідності процесів стандартам, а також моніторинг оплат по контрактам.
• Інші обов’язки, включаючи процедурні, адміністративні питання та документарні питання.

• Working with large volumes of documents. 
• Maintain account information to accurately perform customer payment activities.
• Direct follow-up discussions with customers on contracting activities including past due balances and unconfirmed contracts.
• Problem solve customer complaints and payment issues, ensuring timely resolution, active engagement with customers and internal team members to prevent future issues.
• Perform outbound calls to customers creating awareness of new product initiatives, following up on business transactions and highlighting opportunities for a better customer experience through digital platforms.
• Provide Cargill's customers with direct customer service call support by answering basic market and risk management product questions, customer specific account and contract related questions and supporting customer interactions with our digital platforms.
• Participate in customer planning meetings with our sales team in an effort to bring forward account management items and coordinate the customer follow through.
• Perform compliance and monitoring functions, as the need arises, related to payments and contracts
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Кваліфікація / Qualifications

Мінімальна кваліфікація

• Вища освіта.
• Наявність досвіду у сфері роботи з клієнтами.
• Знання 1С (8 версія) та програм Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Здатність знаходити рішення для складних проблем.
• Вміння працювати в режимі багатозадачності, комунікативні навички.
• Комунікативне знання англійської мови

Бажані кваліфікації

• Ступінь молодшого спеціаліста
• Мінімум п'ять років відповідного досвіду роботи

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
• Ability to create unique solutions for complex problems
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
• Confirmed ability to timely, accurately and consistently execute complex and detailed processes and procedures
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Communicative knowledge of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree
• Minimum of five years of related work experience
