Job Purpose and Impact
FSQR Documentation will manage Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory compliance. you will ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of quality control systems across the organization. This includes maintaining system tools that align with quality, customer, industrial, legal, business, and corporate requirements. In additional, the role provides support to laboratories in various locations through advice, coordination, training, and services related to laboratory information management systems and quality control topics.
Key Accountabilities
- Demonstrate strong understanding of internal and external auditing processes and systems in compliance with standards such as FSSC 22000, PRP, HACCP, and GLP.
- Maintain and update the schedule matrix for environmental measurements, calibration, and verification of laboratory and factory measurement equipment, ensuring proper documentation across all CTP locations.
- Review and update Food Safety (FS) documents, ensure compliance with FS regulations, refresh FS posters, and actively support FS programs at CTP.
- Manage and update the Laboratory Master Training Calendar, including filing post-training test records.
- Collect and update monthly data from all locations, including lab reports, scorecards, Nalco, grading, CONC, FFA, and OER forecasts.
- Develop and provide standard dashboards and deliver training on Enablon/data sources to measure performance and assess risk profiles.
- Maintain knowledge of local regulatory authorities and their specific regional requirements related to quality and food safety for the manufactured food category at each site.
- Utilize statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, Excel) to analyze data, create charts and graphs, and perform comparisons to draw meaningful conclusions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, related field or equivalent experience.
- Preferable have 1 year working experience in operations, FSQR (Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory), or related areas.
- Strong understanding of product management system requirements and environmental standards based on Food Safety Policy, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, and other FSQR requirements outlined in ISPO, RSPO, ISCC, PROPER, Green Industry, Food Safety, and Halal Certification management systems.
- Ability to comply with FSQR, OPRP, and HACCP policies.Knowledge of parameters included in the Food Safety Balanced Scorecard.
- Awareness of global market benchmarks in the palm oil industry.Clear understanding of FSQR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Familiarity with FSQR reporting types and requirements.Understanding and application of 5S principles in laboratory settings.
