Job Purpose and Impact
The Total Rewards Consultant job provides internal consulting and project management support for total rewards initiatives within the Global HR function, supporting over 1500 employees. As a critical connector between total rewards and the assigned area, this job implements total rewards programs for the HR function.
Key Accountabilities
- BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Conducts general research and analyses on market trends, external benchmarks, and internal data, drawing insights and providing recommendations representing the HR function perspective to support developing and implementing competitive, innovative, and equitable total rewards programs and practices.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Maintains key internal and external relationships to deliver consistent total rewards services, and to develop resolutions that effectively and efficiently support the organization and talent strategies.
- PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION: Supports the implementation of the organization's strategic total rewards initiatives, including performing research, compiling data, conducting analyses and recommending actions or interventions to management team.
- PROJECT & RISK MANAGEMENT: Provides total rewards project management support by monitoring, tracking and updating project plan delivery, driving project completion, facilitating expectations, assessing change impact of total rewards projects, recommending improvements to total rewards domain leadership, and stewarding HR leaders through the change.
- PROGRAM EFFECTIVENESS: Provides ongoing analysis support of total rewards projects and success metrics based on organizational needs, requirements, data and resources, and shares these insights to other total rewards partners to review and adjust programs to ensure optimal impact of total rewards programs on the organization's goals and ability to grow.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Prefered Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management or Change Management.
- Experience working in or collaborating with diverse cultural environments.
- Experience leveraging AI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret economic data.
