Job Purpose and Impact
The Communications Professional, Food LATAM implements internal and external communication strategies supporting both Food Colombia and the broader Food LATAM organization. This role develops and executes communication plans that strengthen employee engagement, support business priorities, enhance employer brand, and protect organizational reputation. Working with limited supervision, the role coordinates communication initiatives across multiple stakeholders, manages communication channels, supports organizational change efforts, and ensures consistent and effective messaging for both internal and external audiences.
Key Accountabilities
Qualifications
Typically 3-5 years of experience in corporate, internal, or external communications.
Advanced English and native/fluent
Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Experience developing and executing communication strategies, plans, and campaigns.
Strong stakeholder management, project management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
