Compensation: $23.90-$24.90/hr

Principal Accountabilities
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ensuring food safety and quality processes are being followed
- Working with and assisting operations teams daily
- Working with team members to ensure department cleanliness and housekeeping needs
- Represent the department by reflecting Cargill’s core behaviors in your day-to-day actions as a leader in your department
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Work in a cold to warm environment
- Ability to read and understand/interpret manuals, procedures and policies in English
- Ability to write and document information on forms
- Ability to audit documentation to determine compliance with determined criteria
- Ability to audit processes to determine compliance with determined criteria
- Ability to inspect facilities to determine compliance with determined criteria
- Ability to perform electronic data entry into various computer platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous production or Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory experience
- Previous Lead experience
