Principal Accountabilities:
- Must be trained in relief operation tasks, grain dryers.
- Keep a steady and good production flow, going to plant.
- Help on grain storage tasks.
- Support on Elevators tasks (process and prevention).
- Perform the unloading process of trucks and rail cars.
- Perform small maintenance jobs, when needed.
- Perform grain sampling and testing, when needed.
- Participate in all quality, safety, and health programs.
- Understanding and adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Able to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
- Must have High School diploma/ GED or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using a computer.
- Able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
- Able to perform physical job duties such as bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Able to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating mobile equipment such as forklift.
- Experience working in a production or plant environment.
