Principal Accountabilities
- Communicating effectively with supervisors, employees, leads, superintendents, and managers
- Issuing the correct quantity of equipment to designated departments
- Receiving and verifying incoming products and equipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory records for all warehouse items
- Organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse
- Delivering equipment and supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Ability to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, dusty environments)
- Basic ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends or overtime as needed
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor (not required)
- Basic familiarity with hand tools or warehouse equipment
- Forklift experience a plus, but not required
