Job Purpose and Impact
Location(s): A Cargill European Hub Schiphol (Netherlands) / Mechelen (Belgium),Geneva (Switzerland), - Hybrid working with travel when required.
The HR Director - Change & Deployment (Manufacturing) serves as the regional deployment leader enabling the activation of HR solutions across Cargill's EMEA Manufacturing locations. This role ensures effective alignment between Cargill central business priorities, COE-led initiatives, and regional business needs, supporting the successful deployment, adoption, and sustainment of key people capabilities for Cargill's production workforce. The person will act as a critical integrator across HRBPs, COEs, and regional stakeholders. The role brings forward insights from Cargill's front line workforce, to ensure HR initiatives are effectively embedded and deliver meaningful impact within manufacturing environments.
The position reports into the Vice President - HR Strategy Enablement. The position holder is a senior individual contributor and does not have direct people management responsibility.
Key Accountabilities
- REGIONAL DEPLOYMENT HUB & SOLUTION ACTIVATION: Acts as the central HR Leader in EMEA for enabling the activation of HR solutions within production environments. Support adoption, sustainment, and integration of HR solutions into daily operations.
- VOICE OF THE REGION & EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE INSIGHTS: Partners with HRBPs and other key stakeholders to identify plant employee experience pain points and needs, translating them into clear, actionable insights to inform HR planning, prioritization, and solution shaping. Maintains feedback loops to ensure regional realities are reflected in Cargill wide solutions.
- COE ENGAGEMENT & DEPLOYMENT ALIGNMENT: Supports alignment between COEs and regional stakeholders on deployment priorities, timing, and expectations. Provides regional perspective to ensure solutions reflect operational needs and adoption requirements.
- STAKEHOLDER INTEGRATION & BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Builds strong working relationships with HRBPs, Manufacturing stakeholders, and regional business leaders to ensure alignment and visibility into solution deployment and impact.
- CHANGE ENABLEMENT & ADOPTION SUPPORT: Supports change readiness and adoption efforts for HR solutions across production environments. Identifies potential barriers and helps elevate risks impacting successful deployment.
- REGIONAL ENGAGEMENT & FEEDBACK MECHANISMS: Establishes and leverages engagement channels (e.g., Elevate Network, Advisory Team) to enable consistent two-way communication between regional stakeholders and enterprise teams.
- CAPABILITY BUILDING & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Contributes to the development and refinement of tools, frameworks, and practices that enhance deployment effectiveness. Identifies opportunities to strengthen how HR solutions are activated and sustained.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience at a Senior HR Level with a focus on change management in Manufacturing/ Production environments - Essential - We cannot consider non-production/ manufacturing experience
- Experience in supporting deployment of HR solutions at a multi-country/ regional level (e.g. HR platforms/ workforce solutions)
- The ability to influence across HR and buisness stakeholders without direct reporting line authority
- Fluent English - Other major European language(s) are useful but not required
