Change Management Lead
Job Purpose and Impact
The Change Management Lead is responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy to support organizational design and drive effective change management, enabling the organization to achieve its strategic objectives. This role partners with stakeholders to design and implement strategies that ensure the successful execution of organizational design and change initiatives.
Key responsibilities include assessing the effectiveness of the operating model, recommending improvement opportunities, evaluating and redesigning organizational structures and measuring the organization’s change readiness and capacity. In addition, the role contributes thought leadership in organization design and change management, ensuring the integration of best practices and approaches across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION: Leads the development and execution of complex organizational design and change initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities, drive process improvements, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall organizational effectiveness.
- STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Analyzes organizational needs and develops strategies to support enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of new or evolving processes, programs, and strategies.
- PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION: Guide and partners with stakeholders and project teams on organization design and change initiatives, facilitating discussions and workshops while applying change management methodologies to deliver effective interventions.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand capability needs, align priorities, and drive awareness and adoption of standardized organization design and change management practices.
- PROGRAM ANALYSIS: Partners with leaders and centers of expertise to deliver transformation goals by conducting assessments and analyses to identify opportunities for improving operating model efficiency, organizational structure, change capacity, and workforce capabilities.
- CHANGE ASSESSMENT: Assesses the change impact by identifying key partners, conducting impact analyses and assessing change readiness for future solution implementations.
- TEAM ENABLEMENT: Supports capability building by facilitating training, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, equipping teams with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Partners with key vendors and collaborators to stay updated on the latest technologies, tools and methodologies, make suggestions to improve program design and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience: 10+ years, experience as change management or work transformation.
- General SAP module : Understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, EWM, S/4HANA) or SAP Project experience is added value.
- Delivered Project Management experience, well knowledge and practical especially in finance, supply chain, commercial and purchasing as well.
- Willing to be based in CTO location. [Indonesia/Malaysia]
- Willing to do business trip or travelling accross Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
- Confirmed ability to achieve compromise and conclusion in complex relationships within a matrix, and handle key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Business background with strong process and organizational skill set.
Preferred Qualifications
- Could speak Bahasa/Melayu since most of our business location in Indonesia.
- Confirmed results based execution on medium or large scale initiatives
- Experience leading enterprise resource planning deployment projects
