Quality Assurance Executive
Job Purpose and Impact
The Quality Assurance Executive, will establish, maintain and audit procedures in support of leadership in order to assure compliance with all federal, state, existing regulatory and company quality systems. In this role, you will support a moderately complex facility by reviewing third party certifications and preparing responses to customer or inspection questions, reports and complaints arising from quality and food or product safety inspections.
Key Accountabilities
- Handles functional internal audit (Corporate Food Safety Audits) and customer audits.
- Conduct yearly verification of the QFSMS including mock recall to ensure traceability system is in place.
- Conduct food safety related risk assessment and ensure HACCP Plan is up to date
- Monitor, and alert for all standards deviations in order to sustain and maintain all factory certifications (Rainforest Alliance, RSPO, FSSC 22000, Halal, BPJPH, Kosher
- Incident Leader for Customer Complaint to lead the Complaint Team to handle and close all complaints with proper investigation, corrective/preventive action and verification.
- Responsible for Customer Complaint Report (CCR) investigation and issuance of report.
- To conduct, prepare and successfully conduct internal audit yearly with proper verification and closure of findings.
- To conduct Quality Food Safety Management Review for the factory certifications.
- Appointed as one of the Qualified Personnel in the factory to issue QP Form for Food Export Certificate Application
- Comply to the Environmental operational control work instructions.
- Help in any Quality related tasks when required.
- Ensure all procedures to be implemented by QA are cascaded to relevant departments before actual implementation.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with email, spreadsheet, presentation and word processing applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science and Technology / Microbiology and 3 years relevant experience in Food Industry
- Attended Quality, Food Safety Related Training (e.g. Food Safety Level 3 or 4, FSSC 22000)
- Good attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Willing to be fully onsite, based at Tuas.
