Advisor, PMO, NA ANH
This position is in our Animal Nutrition and Health business North America, where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including Retail, Dairy Feed, Pet and Livestock.

This position is located in Minneapolis, MN or Wichita, KS.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Advisor, PMO NA ANH, as a subject matter authority, will independently oversee and handle the operational aspects of ongoing strategic projects and programs, serving as liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. In this role, you will provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for value delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Independently identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
- Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
- Independently organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.
- Drive PMO Strategy & Maturity: Partner across PMO and business teams to define and continuously evolve project/program management standards, increasing execution maturity and consistency across the portfolio.
- Enable Strategic Planning & Portfolio Alignment: Partner with senior leadership (MSC / SMT / Commerical / RMA / others) to shape the Annual Operating Plan, facilitating "how to win" / ideation discussions, and ensure alignment and prioritization across the porfoltio versus long term growth ambitions.
- Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
Compensation Data
The expected salary for this position is approximately $140,000 to $180,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal.
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
