Job Purpose and Impact

The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for designing and maintaining the infrastructure of our Product Operating Model. This individual will serve as the primary architect of the systems that empower our product squads to operate with high autonomy and strategic alignment. They will be responsible for dismantling organizational silos, streamlining the 'way of working,' and ensuring that product teams have the tools, data, and clear North Star metrics required to transition from delivering features to driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

• Partner collaboratively with product, solution and business owners to maintain the backlog and workplan to ensure the needed work is well understood, promote self organization within support teams and avoid or remove internal or external impediments to progress.
• Organize project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.
• Educate and influence key stakeholders in agile, scrum and project management principles and standards and ensure that all support teams adhere to them.
• Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
• Foster an environment that empowers and energizes team members, with a focus on accountability, adaptability and collaboration.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of work ex, majority into product management, Good understanding of Salesforce Sales & Service cloud
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service/Data Cloud) are highly preferred.
