Principal Accountabilities
- Line set up pipes, metal detector, pumps, discharge valves, steam injectors, daily paperwork/ scanning
- HACCP and SSOP’s
- Product Bostwick testing
- Changing over washing equipment sanitizing
- Cooking products to BOM specifications
- Data recording per batch per product
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and write English
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Previous Cargill experience
- Work history in the last 12 months
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
