Job Purpose and Impact

The Driver Assistant II will support the transportation of goods, materials and products across the country and between sites to ensure the delivery to the customer or plants providing assistance over the road under regular guidance. In this role, you will load and unload goods, materials and products according to the defined schedule to support continuous and effective delivery while handling money and electronic devices, following all related policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities

• Timely and efficiently support the transportation of goods, materials, products or equipment over the road and across the country to final destination providing the required assistance to the driver.
• Load and unload complex goods, materials and equipment from the transport vehicle to the customer or recipient according to the schedule.
• Provide positive customer service, handle money and operate electronic devices while assisting with required documentation, appropriate confirmations and signatures from recipients.
• Ensure required documentation are complete and updated after every delivery.
• Participate in required training activities as needed.
• Adhere to and ensure all food safety procedures and practices are followed.
• Other duties as assigned
