Compensation Data

The expected salary for this position is $30-40 an hour (40 hours estimated a week). Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Executive Assistant – Treasury will be a strategic partner to the Senior Vice President & Corporate Treasurer and their team by providing administrative assistance at the executive level, coordinating projects, managing calendars and coordinating meeting agendas. In this role, you will make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling of more complex administrative support. In this role, you will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Apply detailed knowledge of Treasury department operations and infrastructure, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries and travel arrangements.
  • Solicit, collect and organize financial/Treasury documentation and data to perform moderately complex data entry into one or more systems including assisting with information and data retention and management programs.
  • Plan, coordinate and confirm logistics for more complex meetings including 3rd party banks and investor meetings and global travel including group engagement, learning activities, or entertainment efforts
  • Optimize complex calendars and apply sound judgment in prioritizing internal and external meetings, including coordination with senior bankers, board members, and other high‑level stakeholders.
  • Handle complex financial stakeholder management, clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a global business, preferably a multi-national business.
  • Experience supporting ad‑hoc initiatives such as leadership offsites, global team communications, and process audits.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a global or multi‑regional environment.
  • Familiarity with finance, treasury, banking, or other corporate functions is beneficial.
  • Prior experience supporting C‑suite or senior executives.
  • Ability to craft polished executive communications and manage sensitive information.
