RTR Senior Financial Analyst
Job Purpose and Impact
The RTR Senior Financial Analyst is to lead and support our Record to Report (R2R) operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements across the R2R function. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, deep accounting knowledge, and experience in managing complex financial processes in a dynamic environment
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IC, FP&A, Tax, Treasury) to ensure alignment and data integrity.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with business partners, responding to business contacts directly to deliver accurate processes
- Support internal and external audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the R2R process, including automation and standardization.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
- Execute new business migration activities and processes efficiently and effectively
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance with 8 years of R2R experience
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA) with 6 years of R2R experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, JDE) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Adhere to RTO guidelines of minimum 8 days in office
- Flexible to work between IST 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM (Working hours will be differ basis upon the business needs during month end close process)

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Blackline, One Stream, Power BI).
- Exposure to shared services or global finance operations.
- Make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward
