Maintenance and Reliability Senior Supervisor
Job Purpose and Impact
As the Senior Supervisor Maintenance & Reliability, you will play a key role in driving asset performance, reliability, and operational excellence across our site. You will lead a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment where Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Continuous Improvement (CI) are embedded in our daily operations. This role goes beyond execution — you will shape and implement strategies that ensure long-term asset health, optimize utilities and facilities performance, and contribute to CAPEX planning and delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
- Act as a key stakeholder in CAPEX projects, ensuring maintainability and reliability are embedded from design to commissioning.
- Oversee utilities and facilities management, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and availability of critical infrastructure.
- Drive reliability engineering initiatives using tools such as FMEA, RCA, and Weibull analysis to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Champion TPM and RCM methodologies to enhance asset lifecycle performance and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and EHS to align maintenance strategies with business goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and specialists across multiple disciplines.
- Ensure all activities are executed in line with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and cost control.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a maintenance or reliability leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or process industry
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with TPM, RCM, and CI methodologies.
- Strong understanding of utilities systems (e.g., steam, compressed air, HVAC, water treatment).
- Experience managing or supporting CAPEX projects.
- Solid knowledge of CMMS systems and data-driven maintenance decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
