Compensation: $22.55 to $23.55 Plus $0.40 shift differential

Principal Accountabilities
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations, food safety standards, and proper documentation
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily warehouse activities, including loading/unloading trucks, picking, packing, and shipping
- Team Mentorship: Train new employees, conduct shift handovers, and provide guidance to staff
- Inventory & Logistics: Maintain accurate inventory records (FIFO, housekeeping) and coordinate with production planning to ensure timely, efficient operations
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to do basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some roles prefer higher education)
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food production environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in cold, fast-paced environments
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification within 3 weeks
- Must be able to lift to 30-60lbs repetitively and stand/walk for extended periods in various temperatures
- Must be proficient in counting & attention to detail, computer skills preferred
- Must read & write English; Math skill is a plus
