This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.
Job time: Full Time
Shift: Rotational work shifts Sunday - Thursday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm / 4:30 pm to 1:00 am
Compensation: $21/hr

Principal Accountabilities:
- Performing warehouse operations such as loading/unloading trucks, lifting box, stacking boxes, handling product, palletizing & scanning labels into inventory, etc.
- Interacting regularly with peers and management
- Operating forklifts and rideable pallet jacks
- Understanding and adhering to all food safety policies, safety policies and procedures
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 80lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work indoors in a cold environment throughout the shift to fulfill orders, with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Forklift experience
- Previous experience in warehouse or production environment
- Previous experience in cold or refrigerator environment
