Job Purpose and Impact

The Warehouse Assistant will conduct warehouse activities in Palu Warehouse/Origination to optimize resource use, minimize costs and maintain quality standards. In this role, you will contribute to warehouse operation, data reporting and analysis, shipping, community interaction, business partnership and people, resource, and ensure safety in warehouse operation.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for inbound and outbound activities within Palu warehouse/origination 
• Perform schedule preparation and dispatch duties through the creation of the plan and direction of the activity of carriers or equipment.
• Perform administrative or clerical duties in support of the warehouse operation, completing tasks using industry standard procedures.
• Plan, manage and review warehouse operations to achieve output and quality objectives.
• Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data and enter routine data into one or more systems.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor degree of education or equivalent
• Minimum requirement of 1-2 years of relevant work experience. 
• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with Ms Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel)
• Good communication skill and has stakeholder management
• Confirmed ability to be a team player and perform in a fast-paced environment, including sound prioritization, sense of urgency and multitasking
