Poultry - Key Accounts Lead
Job Purpose and Impact
The Poultry - Key Accounts Lead will help build and maintain the company's relations with strategic accounts in the assigned territory. In this role, you will help identify and contact prospective customers, building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business, contribute to assessing customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- With guidance, help identify, develop and generate revenue from Key accounts.
- Support business growth by disseminating information that favorably promotes our organization and its products and services.
- Work closely with the cross functions SMT, Technical, Pricing & logistics for customer engagement and sales execution
- Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
- Preparation of Business plan for each customers based on the customer need identification and Jobs to be Done (JTBD)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science , Preferably a veterinary degree in animal nutrition or Health will be good .
- Minimum requirement of 5-6 years of relevant work experience in Key Accounts sales of Premixes and Additives in Poultry Feed.
