Shift Available: 2nd and Mix of 1st and 3rd shift (shift differential applying)
Compensation: $20.00 / Hour
Sign-On Bonus: $1500

Principal Accountabilities:
- Trouble shoot and operate packaging equipment
- Verify and record production quantities produced and/or consumed
- Effectively communicate with counter-parts and management during shift exchanges
- Ensure quality of the product meets Food Safety guidelines and customer specifications at packaging
- Perform preventative maintenance on packaging equipment
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written).
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Basic use of a computer.
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts as customer demand dictates.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in forklift operation
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing or military experience,
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP
- Experience in Microsoft Office
