Job Summary
The Advisor, Process Training and Deployment job advises and executes strategic plans and programs aimed at enhancing organizational performance and customer satisfaction. As a recognized subject matter expert in the field, this job leads and counsels to streamline operations, reduce waste, and optimize workflows. This job drives the adoption and integration of business process management standards and promotes the application of improvement principles, also drives increased consistency, process management maturity, and the standardization, harmonization, and simplification of processes for value creation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Essential Functions
- BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT STANDARDS APPLICATION: Advises on the application of business process management frameworks and methodologies across the organization, integrating feedback to enhance business process management practices.
- PROCESS MAPPING & MODELING: Guides information gathering, interviews, workshops, and the creation of detailed process models and documentation in compliance with relevant standards.
- PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Reviews and challenges existing processes leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies, promoting initiatives to increase efficiency and value, and reduce waste.
- PROCESS ASSESSMENTS & DATA ANALYSIS: Uses and advises on data insights and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and apply advanced analysis tools.
- DESIGN SOLUTIONS & WORKSHOPS FACILITATION: Advises and leads highly complex solution design and large cross-functional workshop facilitation to achieve the desired outcome.
- TECHNOLOGIES ADOPTION: Promotes the adoption of new technologies and automation tools that support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- WORK INTAKE & PRIORITIZATION: Advises on the design and development of work in-take and prioritization processes providing insight aligned with business leadership objectives.
- STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION: Develops cross functional collaboration to ensure clear action plans and facilitate new practices while encouraging a community of practice for continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
- Preferred qualification: Lean Six Sigma training and Black Belt attainment.
Information for Minnesota Based Applicants
The expected salary for this position is $131,000-192,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
