Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Marketing Communication Manager – Bioindustrial will oversee a team to develop specific customer driven marketing strategies, value propositions, segmentations, experiences, targeted communications and new customer solutions and concepts. In this role, you will strategically execute a marketing strategy to achieve profitable growth and value creation for both customers and the company. You will collaborate cross functionally to establish business plans and marketing opportunities to activate and deliver customer value through the customer decision journey and achieve customer driven growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide oversight to a team to plan, execute and measure marketing strategies, promotions and annual plans for customer segments or specific channels to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales and market teams to align marketing initiatives with channel optimization, brand activations, value propositions and product and or category plans, ensuring integrated marketing activities support consistent customer experience.
- Provide guidance to ensure timely execution of key customer or channel initiatives based on priorities established through the marketing planning process.
- Lead development of product messaging, launch communication plans, and sales enablement materials in partnership with Product Line and Markets.
- Own creation of customer‑facing content (web, print, presentations, advertising, events, digital assets).
- Oversee the team that supervise channel performance and metrics and serve as the feedback loop between sales and customers to ensure efficiency of initiatives and improve return on investment.
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of four years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, business-to business or related field
- Two years of supervisory or leading experience
- Experience developing strategic marketing plans that generated customer growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing planning, digital marketing, campaign planning and execution, performance measurement, demand generation and activation and or content delivery
- Experience in value proposition development, customer co-creation and customer experience
- Global marketing experience
- Experience working in the Bioindustrial or Manufacturing industry
Applicant Information
The expected salary for this position is $115,000 to 150,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
