Job Purpose and Impact
The Project Manager for Food NA DTD (Digital Technology & Data) will oversee and handle the operational aspects of ongoing projects across technical, process, data, and business teams and will serve as a liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. In this role, you will provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
- Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
- Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
- Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Experience managing technical software development projects in a team environment
Preferred:
- Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira
- Experience with Azure DevOps
Compensation Data
The expected salary for this position is $95,000 - $162,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At Cargill we put people first.
