Principal Accountabilities
- Operating equipment including Packaging Machines, Palletizers, Forklifts, pallet jack, stretchwrapers, front end loaders, etc.
- Perform quality review on product
- Perform general housekeeping tasks – sweeping, scraping, shoveling, wiping, etc.
- Changing Stretch wrap and Top Sheets
- Operate programs such as SAP, MII, FourKites, RtDuet. to tag downtime events and enter production numbers
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to perform physical job duties such as bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Experience using a computer
- Able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
- Able to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Able to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or Equivalent job experience
- Prior experience in production-related work or military experience
- Experience operating a forklift and/or warehousing experience
- Experience with SAP and/or warehouse inventory management systems able to operate heavy equipment, such as bulldozer and front-end loader
