Job Purpose and Impact
The Shared Platforms Manager-ERP will provide leadership and guidance to the engineering teams across technology and business capabilities to build the foundation for modern business applications in the company. In this role, you will lead team development, cross team relationships and core technology delivery to advance the company's engineering delivery. You will also provide leadership to deliver highly scalable and resilient platforms, systems, and infrastructure across our several platforms supporting our ERP environments.
Key Accountabilities
- Direct a team of engineering professionals that design, develop, deploy, and enhance the new and existing platforms and infrastructure.
- Assess and develop an application roadmap in alignment with target/future state architecture.
- Develop a proactive framework to maximize uptime for application ecosystems.
- Partner closely with ERP solution and delivery leaders to support with a technical platform their portfolio requirements.
- Provide leadership to deliver highly scalable and resilient platforms, systems and infrastructure and run budget for a platform and infrastructure engineering team.
- Provide leadership to grow team capabilities, drive team goals and prioritize team resources in alignment with business requirements.
- Influence the engineering community to ensure teams constantly learn and apply new trends and technology to handle business problems.
- You will develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also coordinate subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align with current and future needs of the organization.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICIATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of eight years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Confirmed experience with agile team delivery and concepts
- Five years of people management experience
- Lead a small team of engineering professionals that design, develop, deploy, and enhance the new and existing platforms and infrastructure
- Technical SAP / ERP experience in basis, ABAP, or HTML 5 technologies
- Working knowledge in performance monitoring for ERP applications
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
