Cargill, Incorporated seeks a full-time TCM Latam Geo-market Lead based in Coral Gables, FL. The TCM Latam Geo-market Lead leads the business activities for Trade & Capital Markets (TCM) for North and South Latin America excluding Mexico and Brazil.

Req:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and ten (10) years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience.
  • Must also have 48 months of experience with each of the following:
    • (1) innovating new products and structures to increase revenue growth, as well as broadening the existing portfolio;
    • (2) promoting and maintaining active relationships with commercial business groups to develop financial solutions for customers and suppliers, while actively participating in their business strategy;
    • (3) developing and implementing business growth plans and ensuring financial goals are met, including overseeing a revenue budget of at least $75 million;
    • (4) overseeing the purchase of fixed income instruments and money market and exchange operations, as well as performing valuation of financial instruments;
    • (5) understanding the dynamics, regulations, and trends of the Latin America region, including legal and tax regulations, to develop innovative financial solutions; and
    • (6) identifying and capitalizing market opportunities while mitigating risk.
  • Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.
  • Position requires international and domestic travel up to 40% of the time.
