This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures.

Key Accountabilities

  • Setup machines that are non-similar or require moderate setup.
  • Feed materials into machines, operate and monitor machine operations, according to production schedules and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Use hand and power tools to perform preventative and autonomous maintenance, troubleshoot machine issues, escalating complex machine issues.
  • Track production and quality records both manually and electronically.
  • Operate powered mobile equipment including forklift or pallet jack.
  • Unload and prepare product for movement of finished product.
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including equipment lockout-tag outs.
  • Other duties as assigned

• Surveiller le bon déroulement des opérations de fabrication 
• Effectuer les contrôles qualité et garantir la conformité des produits 
• Réaliser les changements de série et les réglages nécessaires 
• Diagnostiquer les pannes de premier niveau et intervenir si nécessaire 
• Appliquer les consignes de sécurité et les procédures internes 
• Renseigner les documents de suivi de production 
• Participer aux actions d’amélioration continue

Profil Recherché

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en tant que conducteur de ligne (minimum 3 à 5 ans)
  • Expérience en industrie agroalimentaire indispensable
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements de production et des contraintes associées

  • Aucune allergie aux poudres et farines (environnement de travail spécifique)
  • Capacité à travailler en horaires postés (3x7)
  • Disponibilité du lundi au samedi midi
  • Véhicule personnel recommandé / indispensable (selon accessibilité du site)

  • Poste en CDI
  • Salaire mensuel brut: 26540.00 euros sur 13 mois
  • Un package de rémunération attractif : salaire fixe, 13e mois, prime spécifique métier
