Shift Available: 12 hours rotating shift
Compensation: $18.00/hr or greater, depending on experience 
Sign-On Bonus: $2000

Principal Accountabilities:
    • Monitor all critical operating parameters and make adjustments to the process as necessary
    • Follow Batch instructions and procedures
    • Safely handle (loading and unloading of bulk trucks, totes and drums) hazardous chemicals Caustic soda, Sodium Metal bisulfite, Bis-A Resin, Epichlorohydrin, Solvents
    • Follow safe operating procedures and review and offer updates as necessary
    • Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
    • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
    • Other duties as assigned

 Required Qualifications:

    • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
    • Be 18 years or older 
    • High School diploma or Equivalent
    • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
    • Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
    • Basic computer skills 
    • Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
    • Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)
    • At least 1 year of experience in production related work
    • Ability to work 12 hours shifts
    • Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
    • Ability to work in in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
    • Experience identifying and reporting safety risks


Preferred Qualifications: 
    • Forklift certified
    • Prior HAZ CHEM/ Chemical industry experience 
    • Experience with SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
    • Ability to read and understand safety data sheets (SDS)
    • Prior technical /repair experience 
    • Willing and able to cross-train in other, similar positions at the plant
    • Ability to troubleshoot basic processe
