Principal Accountabilities 

• Perform preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues to keep equipment running safely and efficiently
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic precision tools to complete maintenance tasks
• Perform repetitive or non-routine job duties in a fast-paced, cold or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Support food safety, housekeeping and plant safety standards across the facility
• Acquire and use a variety of planned materials, tools and documentation for planned work and work-order details for reactive work
• Work independently to identify priorities and be self-driven to accomplish work
• May operate heavy machinery (including forklift)
• Will complete input using spreadsheets.

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Knowledge of basic tools, power tools, and basic precision tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Cargill Experience
• Previous experience in maintenance or related area
• Work history in the last 12 months
