HR Time and Attendance Specialist Germany (m/f/d)
Job Purpose and Impact
The Time and Attendance Specialist, will be the administrator of the human resources time and attendance system. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all time and attendance matters and will partner with the payroll and shared services teams to ensure data remains secure by monitoring and enhancing controls.
Key Accountabilities
- Support managers on system functionality.
- Evaluate and propose system adjustments such as shift schedules, time types and definitions.
- Evaluate, propose and execute plausible checks and controls.
- Maintain master data and assure profile completion.
- Review and further develop time management processes.
- Collaborate with the technical support team for major system adjustments.
- Cooperation with the Payroll team and the Shared Services Center in Bulgaria
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or finance or commercial training
- Fluent in German and English
- Analytical and mathematical understanding
- IT affinity
- Ideally some knowledge of Kronos
