Job Purpose and Impact
The Project Engineer Supervisor will coordinate the overall technical engineering of plant´s projects and the plant´s project portfolio. In this role, you will supervise all aspects of the lifecycle of the project and will provide overall supervision for contractors. You will also assist in the review and prioritization of projects to align to investment strategies and business priorities.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise the execution of the area design packages in compliance with regulatory codes, area standards and specific technology needs.
- Develop the area scope of work to ensure project objectives, selecting, managing and directing the external service providers.
- Coordinate the development of the area estimates to track progress against estimates.
- Provide input from area disciplines and subject matter authorities to support the design to ensure it meets the specific needs of the business.
- Partner with regional and global leadership to identify work process enhancements.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of directly related work experience
- One year of project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering with third party resources to deliver business results
- Knowledge of environmental health and safety standards and international standards and codes related to build projects and construction safety
- One year of supervisory experience
- Experience using AutoCAD
- Experience using SAP system
- Experience managing project budgets.
