EMS Paramedic
Job Purpose and Impact
EMS Paramedic is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness, compliance, and effectiveness of emergency medical services across the organization. This includes equipment inspections, training coordination, emergency response, and documentation. The role demands a high level of professionalism, discipline, and service excellence, with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. In this role, you will focus on supporting on ground medical responses during emergencies, as well as activities to sustain EMS infrasturucture and equipment.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct regular inspections and recertification of EMS equipment in line with the preventive maintenance schedule and licensing requirements, ensure all equipment is functional, compliant, and ready for use at all times.
- Plan, schedule, and deploy EMS-related first aid training programs for employees, medical teams, and rescue personnel.
- Organize and document periodic emergency drills across all work groups to ensure preparedness and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain high standards of safety awareness and response capability.
- Provide immediate medical assistance during emergencies within the designated scope. Participate in a rotating shift schedule with other team members.
- Maintain accurate records of medical responses, medication inventory, consumables, and procurement activities.
- Ensure all data is updated and stored in accordance with Records Information Management (RIM) standards.
- Using technical knowledge and training, assist in designing and executing employee health and wellness programs.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Ners Keperawatan) or equivalent experience.
- Registered Nurse, Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
- Certified in Hiperkes and BTCLS.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse in emergency services.
- Prior experience in an Emergency Response Team or Prehospital services is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to drive a four-wheeled vehicle and hold a valid SIM A or B1.
- Preferable skilled in using Canva for visual communication and training materials.
- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and service excellence.
- Disciplined in adhering to schedules and tight reporting deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
