El(la) agente de televentas) apoyará al personal en la venta remota a clientes nuevos y existentes, vendiendo directa o indirectamente a través de diversos canales de venta. En este rol, ayudará a evaluar las necesidades de los clientes y sugerirá productos, servicios y soluciones apropiados, con orientación.

Responsabilidades clave


•    Tener un buen manejo de las áreas involucradas para brindar un mejor servicio.
•    Verificar stock e inventario; obtener pedidos de productos.
•    Realizar el debido control de los clientes para obtener un 100% de sus indicadores
•    Construir buenas relaciones con los clientes
•    Manejar problemas administrativos, técnicos o de atención al cliente complejos bajo una supervisión mínima, mientras escala solo los problemas más complejos al personal apropiado.

Calificaciones mínimas
•    Mínimo de cuatro años de experiencia laboral relacionada
•    Disponibilidad de horario
•    Nivel de Excel básico- intermedio
•    Excelente redacción 
•    Buenas relaciones interpersonales
•    Habilidades comprobadas en el el uso de computadoras
Calificaciones preferibles
•    Conocimiento en sistemas de facturación
