Job Purpose and Impact

The Contract Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of trade contracts for Cargill Australia limited, Reconciliation of Broker invoices and support of the operational Inventory functions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Enter contracts made by trading team into EKA and ensuring all components of the trade are reflected in EKA database.  
  • Reconciling contracts on a regular basis with traders to ensure accuracy and amendments are current
  • Receive broker invoices, reconcile invoices against contracts traded and submit for approval to be paid.
  • Work with Inventory staff to process day to day operational Inventory transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines
  • High Attention to detail for data entry and reconciliation.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong communication and listening skills (both internal & external)
  • Proven ability to quickly build rapport
  • Self-motivated, self-directed requiring minimal supervision/guidance/structure
  • EKA and Excel spreadsheets
