Bakery Chef
Job Purpose and Impact
The Bakery Chef will support the staff in face to face and remote selling to new and existing customers, selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels. In this role, you will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions, with guidance.
Key Accountabilities
- Chef will be taking care of all application related activities in his region. This includes demonstration of new recipes, complain handling and most importantly adding new bakers by doing successful trials at the bakery.
- This will help Brand in developing relationship with the bakers and Bakers can rely on as a trusted partner.
- For this profile, emphasis will be more of CCC range of products but will have hand other Cargill product portfolio
- Review exposure and placement of items on shelves.
- Build rapport with store management to maintain relationships.
- Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
