Job Purpose and Impact

The Associate Professional Position Management  job handles basic human resources operations services by maintaining accurate position data and ensuring alignment with organizational structures. This role is responsible for executing position management processes, supporting HR systems, and providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Under close supervision, this job performs human resources activities using tools such as SuccessFactorsRemedyforce, and ServiceNow to run requests, resolve issues, and ensure data integrity.

Key Accountabilities

  • POSITION MANAGEMENT & HR SYSTEMS SUPPORT: Maintain and update position data in SuccessFactors, process creation, modification, and deletion requests in line with established guidelines, and use Remedyforce and ServiceNow to handle and track HR service requests related to position management.
  • EMPLOYEE SUPPORT: Provides support to employees and managers by addressing basic and routine questions, inquiries, and transactions on position data, organizational structure, and HR policies, including providing guidance on position management processes and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • HR RESEARCH:Conducts internal and external research to maintain awareness of industry and market trends, assesses human resources processes related to position management and identifies potential impacts.
  • COMPLIANCE SUPPORT: Assists with monitoring and maintaining compliance with internal controls and external regulations related to position data, audits and data reconciliation efforts to maintain accurate and consistent records.
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Participates in projects related to process optimization and standardization, including identifying areas of opportunity to enhance position management process execution.
  • HR SERVICES ADMINISTRATION: Collaborates with HR teams to support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and terminations, ensuring processing of position-related transactions is in a timely manner.
  • PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION: Implements related processes and identifies potential challenges.

Qualifications

MINIMUM & TYPICAL YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE

No minimum years of relevant experience required. Typically reflects 2 years or more of relevant experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or data administration preferred.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactorsRemedyforce, and ServiceNow is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
