CTC NA Team Manager Collections
Job Purpose and Impact
The CTC NA Team Manager Collections will oversee the routine operations of the end to end credit to cash process through substantial knowledge of this process. In this role, you will lead an engaged team to achieve defined business goals.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure smooth migrations by identifying potential process risks, establishing mitigation and control plans and monitor the impact.
Monitor operations performance on agreed upon service level agreements and key metrics and advise on appropriate action plans where needed following consistent processes.
Focus on driving quality with a view towards robust performance management, stakeholder feedback and active metrics management.
Build business relationships with key partners and stakeholders with a focus on process maturity.
Work closely with all stakeholders in the accounting and finance organization to drive the process strategy.
Monitor and communicate finance operational results in a timely and effective manner using the monthly performance dashboard.
Build a culture of continuous improvement and operations excellence.
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with email, spreadsheet and word processing applications.
Minimum three years of directly related work experience.
Advanced English skills, both oral and written.
Experience with data processes for enterprise resource planning (ER JDE/SAP) system.
Preferred Qualifications
Business to Business Collections experience.
Graduated in careers such as Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
Minimum of five years of experience in finance operations with deep expertise in credit to cash and related processes.
