Job Purpose and Impact

The CTC Sr. Analyst Collections will manage day to day collection activities Business to Business in a highly dynamic operation. Will be the first line of assistance to customers, providing support regarding past due balances, answering general inquiries and handling requests from internal and external customers. In this role, you will be assigned with customer accounts that will require analysis before executing the next action.

Key Accountabilities

•    Execute Collection activities, documentation of processes and perform root cause analysis. 
•    Analyze exceptions and look for trends and training opportunities. 
•    Partner with business unit locations to identify root cause and solve issues. 
•    Learn and understand business processes, procedures, transactions, and technology within the assigned functional area. 
•    Resolve queries, escalations, long lasting issues and complex processes such Billing, Disputes, Cash Applications, Credit and Order Hold and Release. 
•    Lead and participate of meetings with Customers and other functional areas. 
•    Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. 
•    Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Mínimum
•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience 
•    Strong knowledge of collections systems and experience in system implementations 
•    Advanced Excel skills 
•    Minimum of two years of related work experience 
•    Advance English skills (written and Oral) 
Preferred Qualifications 
•    Experience with B2B customer contact, creation of process maps and standard operating procedures 
•    Power BI usage and other tools to enhance performance. 
•     Business relationship management experience 
•    Continuos improvement qualifications
