Key Accountabilities

  • Expand demand, improve margin growth, and defend strategic partnership
  • Build trust and relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a mutually beneficial and long-term partnership
  • Leverage syndicated data and internal analytics to develop tailored category growth strategies for Sam’s Club
  • Build and nurture an internal network to deliver optimal solutions through partnerships with key stakeholders internally
  • Use tailored storytelling that resonates with and inspires alliance, creating excitement around our role in achieving their strategic objectives
  • Provide thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems
  • Support strategic business goals in the areas of innovation, sustainability, and create value outside of product
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience in the industry
  • Highly self-motivated self-starter who wants to be part of a high performing team           
  • Experience engaging directly with external customers and internally with our business partners with positive results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a large and complex customer
  • Proven ability to translate protein market insights into actionable retail strategies
