RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO

El rol de Analista de Facturas a Pagar, es responsable de ejecutar tareas clave dentro de los procesos de Cuentas por Pagar, con foco en el ingreso, validación y resolución de facturas  y en la atención y soporte a proveedores internos y externos. Al trabajar bajo supervisión general para tareas administrativas de rutina, este trabajo ayuda a mantener registros financieros, resolver discrepancias de facturación, verificar y procesar facturas. Este trabajo también trabaja en estrecha colaboración con equipos multifuncionales internos para facilitar las operaciones de facturación y brinda un excelente servicio al cliente externo.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES

PROCESAMIENTO FACTURAS

    • Verificar, validar y procesar facturas en el sistema, garantizando exactitud y cumplimiento con las políticas internas.
    • Identificar discrepancias de precio, cantidad o documentación y coordinar su resolución con las áreas correspondientes.

CONTROLES

  • Revisar datos cargados en los sistemas de AP para detectar y corregir errores o inconsistencias.
  • Contribuir a la integridad de la información para asegurar reportes financieros confiables.

VENDOR SUPPORT

  • Gestionar consultas de proveedores y clientes internos relacionadas con pagos, facturación o documentación.
  • Brindar información clara y oportuna, y gestionar reclamos o disputas según procedimientos establecidos.

CONCILIACION DE SALDOS

  • Ejecutar conciliaciones de cuentas por pagar siguiendo lineamientos y controles internos.
  • Investigar diferencias y coordinar su corrección.

COLABORACION

  • Trabajar con áreas como Compras, Logística y Finanzas para asegurar el procesamiento eficiente de pagos.
  • Aportar a iniciativas de mejora continua relacionadas con procesos de facturación y soporte a proveedores.

  • Requisito mínimo de 2 años de experiencia laboral relevante. Por lo general, refleja 3 años o más de experiencia relevante en facturas a pagar.
