Propósito e impacto del trabajo

El(la) Digitador(a) Administrativo proporcionará apoyo  administrativo moderadamente complejo y variado a rutina. Buscamos un profesional que coordine, integre e implemente las funciones administrativas o de personal asignadas.

Responsabilidades clave

•    Aplicar conocimientos de operaciones de departamento e infraestructura, políticas y procedimientos para realizar procesos administrativos moderadamente complejos.
•    Solicitar, recopilar y organizar documentación y datos, realizando una entrada de datos moderadamente compleja en uno o más sistemas.
•    Recibir y retransmitir mensajes y responder a solicitudes administrativas variadas a las de rutina.
•    Manejar problemas, administrativos, técnicos o de atención al cliente moderadamente complejos bajo supervisión general, al tiempo que aumenta los problemas más complejos para el personal adecuado.
•    Otros deberes administrativos asignados

•    Mínimo de dos años de experiencia laboral relacionada
•    Disponibilidad de horario
•    Nivel intermedio de excel
